Puttu we make on aadi velli or thai velli. Usually, it is made using rice flour. I have already posted that version in Jeyashris kitchen. This puttu is made using poha | aval, and jaggery as the main ingredients. The main key for this recipe is the jaggery syrup. If the jaggery syrup is in the right consistency, then puttu will turn out super soft and in the right texture too. Kodakadalai sundal is a simple and interesting sundal made using black chana.
