If you are looking for an easy dessert recipe then you should give this a try. I have seen this recipe for the first time in Divya kuduva’s blog many years ago. I have tried this a few times and it’s always a super hit among guests. This is a very simple and delicious dessert, recipe with easily available ingredients. Usually, pudding recipes have eggs in them. This recipe is an eggless chocolate pudding and we don’t need to bake it too. We are using 5 main ingredients for this recipe, milk, Marie biscuits, cocoa powder, corn flour |vanilla custard powder, and sugar. If you are hosting big get to gathers, then you can make this dessert the previous night and serve it the next day. This stays good in the refrigerator for 3 days. Add the custard powder and cocoa powder with ¼ cup room-temperature milk.
Mix well without lumps.
Boil 500 ml milk nicely. Add the custard and cocoa powder mix to this. Stir well and take care not to get it burnt. This will get thickened soon, so be careful not to burn it.
Add sugar to this mixture and stir well. Switch off the flame.
Dip the Marie biscuits in the coffee decoction.
Arrange this in a big bowl.
Pour the custard mixture into this. You can pour a hot mixture into the biscuits. When it is warm, cover it and aluminum foil.
Refrigerate this for 4-5 hours. Take out and sprinkle a few choco chips or chopped nuts. Cut and serve the dessert.
The biscuit pudding is ready.
