Mysore masala dosa Cauliflower masala dosa

     Dosa batter  2 ladles      Green chili  1      Green capsicum  a small piece      Grated mozzarella cheese  3-4 tbslp      Oil  2-3 tsp Method:

Chop the green chili and capsicum finely. Heat the dosa tawa and add the dosa batter. Spread this into a thin round dosa. Keep the flame in medium low. Drizzle the oil on the dosa. Sprinkle the green chili and green capsicum on this. Also spread the grated cheese on this. When the cheese starts melting, fold the dosa into a triangle and serve this immediately. Cheese dosa tastes yum with sour cream dip.
