Usually, papdi chaat is made using deep-fried papdis. This cucumber chaat is very similar to papdi chaat but we are using cucumber slices instead of papdis. If you are looking for a healthy chaat or a healthy party snack then you should try this cucumber chaat. This is a super hit at home and my son who never eats cucumber thoroughly enjoyed it. Just keep all the ingredients ready and host a healthy chaat party at home. A perfect summer chaat recipe loaded with all healthy ingredients. Chaat is popular street food in India. We make different varieties of chaat. Chaat chutneys are the base for most of the chaat recipes. We make green chutney, sweet chutney, and red chili garlic chutney. These can be stored for 2-3 months in the refrigerator. So if you have all the chutneys ready in hand, assembling this cucumber chaat is an easy job. Wash and cut the cucumber and cut into slightly thick roundels.Arrange them on a plate.

Add boiled chickpeas to this. You can add chopped boiled potatoes or peanuts instead of that.

Mix the chaat masala, cumin powder, black salt, and red chili powder.

Sprinkle this on the top of the cucumber slices.Add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.Now add the green chutney and sweet chutney on the top.Add in the pomegranate arils on this.

Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.Serve immediately.
