Chop the green chili into small pieces. Take the chopped green chili, curry leaves, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds and salt in your hands. Crush it nicely with your hands. No need to grind in the mixie, a nice crush using fingers will burst out the flavours. In a bowl add the roasted urad dal flour. Add this crushed mixture too.
In another bowl add the curd and beat this well. Add 1/4 cup of water to this. Mix well. Add this little by little to the flour mixture and whisk well without any lumps. Mix well.
Dangar pachadi is ready to serve.
