Dates 20 Cocoa powder 3 tblsp Walnut* 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut 1/4 cup + 2tblsp for rolling Pistachio powdered 2 tblsp (for rolling) Sprinkles 1-2 tblsp (for rolling) * You can use almonds or pistachios or macadamia nuts or pecan nuts. Method with step wise pictures:
In a mixer jar add dates,walnuts,cocoa powder and 1/4 cup desiccated coconut. Pulse this for 10- 20 seconds.
Transfer this to a wide plate. Take a portion of the mixture and make it into a lemon sized ball.
Roll this over pistachio powder or cocoa powder or desiccated coconut or sprinkles.
The sprinkles i used didn’t stick well as i expected. Store this in a dry container.
This stays well in room temperature for 1 day and in the refrigerator for a week.
