Biscuit pudding recipe

Crush the marie biscuits into a slightly coarse powder.

In a wide bowl add 1 cup of chilled whipping cream.Add 3 tbsp of condensed milk to this.Now add 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

Whip this in an electric beater till you get soft peaks.Do not over beat, else it will become butter.

Now lets assemble this in serving glass | bowl.Layer one portion of crushed marie biscuit, I put around 2-3 tbspTop it with a layer of whipped cream.Then again add 2-3 tbsp of crushed biscuits.Top it again with whipped cream.Drizzle few crushed biscuits on the top most layer.

You can add some chocolate shavings or chocolate chips too.Cover it with a cling wrap or aluminum foil.Keep it inside the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
