Sour cream dip Sweet potato kebab
Method
Soak the almonds in hot water for 10 minutes. Take the skin of the almonds. In a mixie,add the coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chili,chaat masala,almonds,sugar and salt. Grind into a fine paste. Add little water while grinding to adjust the consistency. Add lemon juice to this and mix well. Serve as a dip with samosas,kebabs. This can be used for sandwiches and chaat recipes too.
