Tamarind  a small gooseberry sized      Water  4 cups      Black pepper powder   1/4 tsp      Cardamom powder   1/4 tsp      Black salt | kala namak  1/4 tsp      Powdered sugar*  1/4 cup      Ice cubes   few (optional)      Mint leaves   few *I used powdered raw sugar                                                  Video of imli ka amlana                     Method:

Soak the tamarind in 1/2 cup hot water for 30 minutes. After 30 mins, grind this into a fine paste. Strain this mixture and add 3 and 1/2 cups of water. Add the black pepper powder, black salt, powdered sugar and cardamom powder to this. Mix well. Finally add the chopped mint leaves to this. Serve chilled.
