Method with step-by-step pictures :
Peel the skin of the mangoes and roughly chop them. One portion of the mango is only sliced into small cubes for garnishing. In a mixie add the mango pieces, yogurt, and milk. If adding sugar add it now. To give it an Indian touch you can add a pinch of cardamom powder.
Blend this into a smooth paste. In a jar add the quick-cooking oats, chia seeds, and flax seeds. It’s optional to add the seeds. Add the mango yogurt puree to this.
Mix well. Keep this refrigerated for 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving garnish with mango pieces and pumpkin seeds.
