Maida | all purpose flour 1/2 cup Salt as needed Oil 1 tsp (to make dough) Cabbage, carrot, bell pepper(capsicum) 1/4 cup (finely grated) Garlic pods 3 Pepper powder 1/4 tsp Soy sauce 2-3 drops Oil 1 tsp (to cook the veggies)
In a wide bowl add the maida, salt and oil. Knead this into a soft stiff dough by adding water, little by little. Cover it and keep it aside. Lets make the filling.
