If you don’t get cheddar cheese, add mozzarella cheese. Arrange one more layer of tortilla chips on this. Sprinkle the olives, red kidney beans, capsicum, sweet corn and green chili. Sprinkle a lavish layer of cheddar cheese. Microwave this for 2-3 minutes or till the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
