In a pan dry roast the 1 cup of oats for 10 minutes. Do not change the color. Cool completely and powder this in a mixie. In the same pan add 1/3 cup of nuts and roast till brown spots appear on it. Cool this and add it the powdered oats. Pulse it in the mixie few times, let this be coarse. Transfer this to a bowl. Add 1/2 cup of coconut sugar. Add 1/8 tsp of cardamom powder. Heat 2 tblsp of ghee and once it hot, add it to the bowl. Mix well and start making ladoos. It came around 11 ladoos. Keep it in an air tight container. This stays good for a week in room temperature.

I used coconut sugar for making this oats nuts ladoo, but you can add normal white sugar. If using white sugar, powder this and add. You can add any nuts of your choice to make this oats nuts laddu.
