These beef kebabs are a cinch to prepare. You marinate the beef with spices, put them on skewers and grill. They’re delicious and perfect for a cookout with family or friends. If you’re a fan of Indian food, you can grill these kebabs along with my achari chicken kebabs and serve them both with green chutney on the side. How’s that for an Indian meal made on the grill? It’s delicious is what it is. This past weekend, Roby and I (along with the rest of America) celebrated the 4th of July, which meant a lot of time spent cooking out on the grill and watching fireworks. Along with celebrating America’s birthday, we also celebrated Roby’s dad’s 60th birthday. His family traveled from all over the states to attend – it was a really fun reunion. Below is a pic of the event… can you spot me? I’m the girl wearing BRIGHT yellow. I love holiday weekends. I love spending time with family and being outside and eating good food. I think that’s why I like kebabs so much. Because they’re meant to be eaten with people. Like this recipe? Pin it to your favorite Pinterest board now so you will remember to make it later!
