Crush the ginger, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon using a mortar and pestle.
In a saucepan add 2 cups of water. Add the crushed spices. Add 2 tsp of tea powder to the water.
Let this boil for 3 minutes. Add 1 tsp of sugar to this. Filter this.
Add the lemon juice to this. Mix well.
Serve the sulaimani tea hot.
