Baby corn manchurian fried rice Chilli garlic fried rice
Method :
Once the garlic becomes slight golden color, add the capsicum and sweet corn. I used frozen corn. If using fresh one, cook this add. Saute in a medium high flame for 2-3 minutes. Ensure not to burnt it. Add salt and soya sauce to this.
Mix well and add in the cooked rice. Gently mix it well without breaking the rice. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Switch off the flame and garnish with spring onion greens. You can enjoy the fried rice as it is or have it with Manchurian too.
