Thinai arisi | Foxtail millet ( Kangni in Hindi, Kora in Telugu | Navanne in Kannada |Thina in malayalam ) is an easily available millet variety. My mom made Kheer during our trip to India in June. I thought I would give it a try so that it will be helpful for those who make kheer | sweet every day for Navratri.
