Cooked rajma   a handful      Lettuce    3 tblsp      Nuts*      2 tblsp      Pomegranate  2 tblsp      Carrot    1/2      Cucumber   1/2      Green apple   a small portion      Capsicum   a small portion      Honey    few drops      Lemon juice  few drops      Pepper powder  to taste      Salt  as needed     *nuts i used almonds, walnut, sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds and flax seeds        Scroll down for more tips.      

Chop the carrots, apple ,capsicum and cucumber. You can either cut them into small or chop them into medium cubes. Put all the veggies and fruits into a bowl.

Add the honey and lemon juice.

Add salt and pepper powder to this and mix well.

Now you can make the dressing as per your wish. Either refrigerate the salad or eat it immediately.
